Graduating students ONPU

On September, 18 th the Odessa National Polytechnic University, one of the oldest higher technical educational establishments in the south of Ukraine, will celebrate its 90 th anniversary. During the years of its existence and development it has become a leading University of Ukraine.

The life and activities of the ONPU reflect the life of the whole country. The history of the University has been made by the outstanding achievements that were noted by the state and by the hard years during the war and the period of enormous changes in the life of the country. The staff of the University has always been able to overcome all difficulties and achieve success.

The current jubilee year will see a series of activities including receptions and meetings, a cortege along Odessa streets and a gala concert. Due to the support of the ONPU its alumni have created their own Internet Club facilitating their communication and participation in the life of the University. Beginning from September 2008 the web-site of the ONPU will contain a new section with the publication of the interviews with prominent graduates of the University, presenting their successful activities, recommendations to those who would like to study at the University, suggestions aimed at improving the work of the University.

The ONPU is entering into the last decade preceding its centenary full of strength and hopes
