Department of marketing and innovation policy develops the procedures for grants obtaining, searches for the additional extra-budgetary sources of financing, organizes and coordinates the original projects, conducts the market researches. The functions performed by the Department:
- Searching for the sources of additional extra-budgetary funding (working with various foundations, charitable organizations, etc.);
- Creating a database and organization the systematic work with all sorts of foundations and education organizations;
- Assisting in the preparation of the application documents for the university departments request, as well as analyzing the grants offered by various organizations;
- Conducting the marketing researches to implement the scientific and innovation projects;
- Monitoring the current legislation in the field of education, innovation policy and international scientific cooperation;
- Coordination the realization of the different ONPU’s projects;
- Preparation of the documents, which are necessary for the contracts conclusion using the requirements of current legislation.
Department of Marketing and innovation policy is open for the universities cooperation in Odessa region, providing the advice and information support to the other HEIs in southern Ukraine, partly acting as a typical regional university center.
